Athena/Pegasus Reversible Pendant

• Designed around an ancient Greek silver coin showing the helmeted head of Athena on the obverse and Pegasus on the reverse, this pendant is handmade from 14 karat yellow gold and features a cabochon ruby. A simple mechanism allows the wearer to display either side of the coin.
